Korus Consulting Group introduced the K-Team HR platform, developed on the basis of Bitriks24, for Tashir MEDICA Group of Companies. Thanks to the intranet, it was possible to increase the awareness and involvement of employees from different assets of the holding, to automate work with applications and services. As of November 2024, more than 300 employees use the platform. This was announced by Korus Consulting on November 26, 2024.

Tashir MEDICA Group of Companies is a vertically integrated investment holding specializing in investments in medical projects and in the strategic management of portfolio companies. The group of companies has more than 500 employees.

Previously, the Tashir MEDICA Group of Companies implemented an intranet on MS SharePoint.

The K-Team started with a pre-project survey, analysis of business requirements and the formation of a detailed technical assignment, in which they paid special attention to various integrations with the internal accounting systems of the group of companies. Thanks to this, it was possible to build a system of effective internal communications, get tools for collaboration and task management.

Given the peculiarities of the organizational structure, integration with Keycloak was implemented for user authentication and SSO configuration for seamless login to the platform.

As part of the portal implementation project, the employee's personal account was finalized, which now displays information about vacations, planned absences, substitutions, combinations, voluntary health insurance programs, and so on. Separate pages were also created for different assets of the group of companies with a detailed internal information block.

The "Personnel Changes" widget appeared on the main page, which displays information about new employees, internal translations, career tracks and more.

In addition, with the help of the Applications service based on the K-Team construct, it was possible to quickly automate work with applications in several areas at once: HR, advertising, legal unit, AHO, accounting.

The high involvement of employees in working with the portal is largely due to high-quality content. The company has developed a mascot that makes interaction with the platform more interesting. Announcements of events come out with a special tag, which allows you to attract more attention to them. The floor plan of the office space largely helps to quickly navigate the location of different departments and colleagues within the group of companies. These are one of many examples of extremely useful tools implemented in this project, "said Anton Bobrov, director of the corporate services department of KORUS Consulting Group.

The intranet has become a single work and information space, uniting the group's employees. The company plans to develop this functionality - to implement gamification and expand the possibilities of providing corporate services and services.
