2025: Directum RX Implementation
Power bank translated into electronic form contractual work and workflow on the basis of the platform. Directum RX This was Directum announced on May 21, 2025.
Average workflows, paper and printing costs were reduced by 20%. As a result, the processes for the bank's clients have also accelerated. Directum RX was implemented by MiTek Directum's partner company.
Digitalization covered the head office and 10 branches of the bank in the Volga Federal District. The system employs 300 employees, 40 regulations, 121 document types and 50 categories of contracts are translated into electronic form.
After the introduction of Directum RX in Energobank:
- The system works, adapted to the characteristics of the regions, the work with incoming and outgoing documents is configured;
- unique business processes and types of documents on the specifics of the banking sector have been developed: risk conclusion, product passport, memo on writing off bad debts, credit orders, RKO tariff;
- widgets, tools for monitoring the execution of orders appeared, the regulations were adapted for internal requirements;
- electronic signatures have been rendered in stamp format for many types of documents;
- Automated purchase requests. It became possible to track the stages of equipment procurement from start to hand;
- Added roles for internal document flow procedures. When forming a risk conclusion, responsible persons are automatically appointed.
