Integrated solution of video telephony for Head department of public service of Ukraine

It is the project of video telephony first in own way in the domestic sector of public administration which integrated all territorial subdivisions of one organization in country scales. And, thanks to technologies of Softline company of video communication are used by all staff of department, and not just only the management now. This project of Softline company became a part of two stages of implementation in Head department of public service of ideology of "the electronic government": "electronic public servant" and "electronic ministry".

The main objective of the project of Softline company consists in providing with the modern protected telephone communication and a possibility of holding virtual meetings using the system of video and audio conferences between the staff of central office and regional departments of Head department of public service of Ukraine.

As a result of implementation of the project by Softline company in Head department of public service and in 27 Territorial Departments the information structure where entered is put into operation: departmental network IP-telefonii with an exit in a public telephone network in each region; the system of the organization and carrying out video conferences for more than 400 employees of central office and territorial authorities with a possibility of online broadcast of weekly video conference calls on the portal of state agency. Start of a system of video telephony allowed Head department of public service of Ukraine to bring to higher level of communication with the staff of regional governments, having at the same time reduced temporary and monetary travel costs and the solution of office questions.
