2025: Inclusion in the register of domestic software

The digital platform QMS Professional from PROF-IT GROUP is included in the Unified Register of Domestic Software. Prof-IT Group (Prof-IT Group) announced this on November 26, 2025.

QMS Professional is a platform for managing the quality of manufactured products and their components throughout the life cycle of products, from the moment of their design to the after-sales service of the finished product. The solution is focused on enterprises that want to move from disparate Excel-files and "manual" procedures to a single digital quality framework.

Entry into the register confirms that QMS Professional is fully developed in Russia and meets the established requirements for the technological independence of both the product itself and its components.

QMS Professional is designed as a modular system that supports the following processes:

• APQP/PPAP project management;
• blocking movement of products and formation of warranty campaigns;
• planning and recording of incoming inspection results;
• management of non-conformities with the ability to analyze the causes and monitor the developed measures;
• work with warranty requests and their analytics;
• generation of permits for deviation from the established requirements;
• generation of claims to the supplier based on the results of registration of non-conformities with the possibility of tracking the status of solutions;
• audits of processes and systems with the possibility of recording comments using mobile devices;
• management of product maintenance operations during storage;
• integration layer with REST API, which allows you to configure data exchange with MES systems (in particular, with PROF-IT MES), ERP, CRM and other software in the enterprise IT landscape, operating on both 1C: Enterprise and other platforms.

The platform supports deployment of Russian providers in the clouds. There is integration with import-independent DBMS: PostgreSQL Postgres Pro, Tantor, Pangolin. It is possible to build a fault-tolerant architecture and scale.

2024: QMS Professional Announcement

In early 2025, the first release of the QMS Professional solution will take place, which was previously part of the QMS module of the PROF-IT MES digital platform.
