2024: Siberian Generating Company Sold TETs-1
In November 2024, the Siberian Generating Company (SGK) sold TETs-1 in Novosibirsk for 160 million rubles. The buyer of the asset was a large housing developer Sibirinvest Group of Companies. As the press service of SGK told Kommersant, preparations for the deal took several months.
The abandoned TETs-1 complex is located on the right bank of Novosibirsk - per. Pristansky, 4. The complex was built in 1924. In 1964, the CHP was abolished, and the building was reconstructed as a boiler room[1]
