2024: Robot based on the ROBIN platform optimized the accounting of social services in the administration of the Kronstadt district of St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution "Comprehensive Center for Social Services of the Population of the Kronstadt District of St. Petersburg," subordinate to the Administration of the Kronstadt Region, has introduced a software robot into its activities. Specialists from the St. Petersburg Information and Analytical Center helped to implement the project.

The software robot created with their help on the basis ROBIN platforms processes information about social services provided at home and their recipients, and then transfers the data to the automated information system "Electronic Social Register." population St. Petersburg

Social services provided by the comprehensive center include social services, social and medical, psychological, legal and other services.

The robot significantly unloaded the center's employees, reducing the total monthly labor costs of performing routine operations from 200 to 20 hours.

This allowed workers to devote more time to more complex and responsible tasks, which ultimately increased the efficiency of the social service department at home.
