PhosAgro builds corporate communications based on eXpress

2024: eXpress implementation

PhosAgro Group has transferred internal communications to the Russian secure corporate platform eXpress. Unlimited Production announced this on November 27, 2024.

The company began testing the communications platform back in 2023, the process from "pilot" to implementation and scaling for the entire company took one year. The company's employees received a single solution that combined modern tools for communication and digitalization of work processes: a user reference book, a messenger with channels, discussion branches and reactions, VKS for 250 + active participants, file exchange over a secure channel and a convenient interface of mobile and desktop versions.

The Federation Data Transfer Protocol, which is used in eXpress, allows you to communicate both with public users of the application and with partners registered on trusted corporate servers (including from other companies).

The advantages when choosing a communication platform were that:

• eXpress is included in the register of domestic software;
• It can be deployed on customer servers (on-premium)
• the product is a fully functional replacement for foreign communication tools;
• this is the only superapp in the "online communication" class that holds the certificate of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC) of Russia of the 4th level of trust;
• The platform administrator can configure functionality restrictions to ensure information security.
