2024: Implementation of 1C: Transportation Logistics, Expediting and Vehicle Management KORP

On November 29, 2024, 1C-Rarus announced the creation of a unified fleet management system for the Fleet Company fleet.

As reported, the team of the 1C-Rarus office in St. Petersburg was tasked with centralizing the management and control of all activities of Fleet Company. The main one for building a single system, customized for the processes of the enterprise, was the decision of the joint development of 1C and 1C-Rarus - 1C: Transport logistics, forwarding and management of KORP vehicles. The program has already proven itself in managing the company's forwarding services.

  • "1C: Analytics" - to build BI reports in the web interface.
  • An external solution for managing the car service department - for downloading information on the performed repair work.

• Data from the transport management system is uploaded to the BI system "1C: Analytics," which allows you to quickly generate reports on the analysis of the profitability of services, revenue by managers and other indicators.
• The complaint management process is optimized. Employees can display the claims that have been created and easily track the status of transactions, create purchase requisitions.
• To optimize competitive positions in the applicant market, the company has created a charging system for the work of drivers of its own fleet. The program records the payment calculation key figures. To monitor the effectiveness of the entered charging, the report "Analysis of drivers' wages" was developed.

The company's labor costs for accounting are reduced by 50%. This was made possible by the centralization of information on our own fleet, attracted transport and car service. As a result of the project, the potential was created for the further development of the company's IT ecosystem. 1C-Rarus has developed instructions and conducted personnel training, accompanies and maintains the system.
