Initially, the company acquired the electronic archive "ETLA," which provided tools for working with a large amount of documentation. Thanks to the ease of setting up the system, TEKHPROEKT-POSM specialists were able to independently adapt the archive to their needs, optimizing the workflow without the need for external assistance.

ETLA 7.1 provides the flexibility to create and store electronic documents, find them quickly, and store them in a structured way. Among the functionality of the archive are a convenient interface, high speed of operation, as well as access to documents of all formats.

In 2024, TEKHPROEKT-POSM LLC decided to expand the functionality of the system and adapt it to the tasks of integrated document management by switching to the ETLA EDMS platform. As part of this transition, work was carried out to set up electronic document management in strict accordance with legal requirements. The system has been supplemented with the capabilities of a legally significant electronic digital signature (EDS), which guarantees the authenticity and security of signed documents.

In addition, a document card has been set up that includes the Position column in the Signatures tab, which allows you to take into account the role of each signatory and ensures the transparency of the approval processes. The changes introduced help improve accuracy and convenience in approving and approving documents, which is especially important for large organizations with an extensive approval structure.

With the introduction of additional business processes in EDMS ETLA, the number of simultaneously signed documents increased to 500. You have created a general reconciliation function that allows multiple employees to sign documents at the same time, which greatly speeds up tasks. For documents requiring sequential approval, a sequential signing process was implemented with flexible adjustment of the number of approvers.

As a result, the transition to the extended version of EDMS ETLA allowed TEHPROEKT-POSM LLC to optimize its internal processes, reduce the time spent on processing documentation and increase the level of data security. The use of ETLA minimizes the risk of loss of documents and ensures reliable storage of information.

The electronic archive and EDMS ETLA fully meet the requirements of Russian legislation and support full independence from foreign software suppliers. Compatibility with various systems used in TEKPROEKT-POSM provides easy integration and allows comprehensive management of the enterprise's document flow.
