Project date: 2024/12

On December 10, 2024, it became known that Tsinghua University, one of the leading universities in China, acquired software from the Russian company BFG Group. We are talking about a platform for training specialists in the field of production.

The transaction is reported by CNews, citing information received from representatives of BFG Group. Tsinghua University has commissioned all major modules of the Russian platform, including:

Tsinghua University

  • BFG iMRP - volumetric-calendar simulation of production for analysis of the feasibility and availability of the plan, as well as its balancing;
  • BFG Simulation - predictive detailed modeling of production and obtaining answers to the questions "what happens if?" For making correct decisions;
  • BFG APS - construction of an optimal operational production plan taking into account the work in progress to form executable shift jobs for workplaces;
  • BFG iMES - picking and launching tasks into production, operational control and personal identification of personnel on completed tasks to ensure transparency of the plan execution process.

As part of the contract, the Chinese university also received five virtual models of typical factories - for the manufacture of LED panels, cars, textiles, cutting tools and tower cranes. The BFG platform allows students to learn the principles of such enterprises based on digital twins and simulate various scenarios for their development. Different options can be considered to choose the optimal way to solve the task.

It is noted that Tsinghua University became the first commercial user of the Russian product in China. The strategic partner of the BFG Group in China is Carila Tech, which received the right to sell and integrate products under the BFG brand in the Celestial Empire, as well as the development of the BFG Group in White Label format.[1]

{{quote 'author
= Valery Evsyagin told, CEO of BFG Group' The contract with the largest Chinese university is a good start in business in the large and promising market for domestic IT companies in the Middle Kingdom. Having graduated from the institute, young specialists prefer to work on the usual for ON themselves. We hope that Tsinghua students will soon become our ambassadors. In addition, I see a number of fundamental prerequisites that make our product in demand in China. The country has a state program to abandon Western software until 2027. As part of this program, local companies are switching to Chinese software or solutions of "friendly" countries to which Russia belongs. In addition, as of December 2024, China is experiencing a decline in the economy, expressed primarily in a decrease in export volumes. During such a period, companies traditionally pay attention to improving operational efficiency of production and cost savings.}}
