The implementation center "Razdolye" comprehensively automated the business processes of the manufacturer of household chemicals NORVIN on the basis of the program "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2." As a result, the company was able to reduce the number of underloads to customers, increased the turnover of the warehouse of finished products and raw materials. Using an automatic mechanism for calculating the instant cost based on the latest documents for the receipt of raw materials and components, NORVIN management decided to launch the product before the start of its release.

Having its own production in the Moscow region, NORVIN (NORVIN LLC) independently produces home care products: including air fresheners, moth cleaners, pipe and scale cleaners, wet wipes, kitchen and household sponges, wipes and rags for cleaning, cleaning and deodorization of plumbing, laundry products. The company's products enter the market under the brands "Svezhinka" and "Dr. NORVIN" and are sold by a wide (about a hundred companies) network of distributors throughout the Russian Federation.

In 2021, on the basis of the tender, the partner of 1C, the Razdolye Implementation Center, was chosen as the contractor.

At the first stage of collaboration, key employees of the enterprise described all business processes and their current implementation in the accounting system. And specialists of the All-Russian Center "Razdolye" conducted an express survey of the main processes of the enterprise and identified sections of the program that require changing the standard functionality.

During the implementation of the project, the employees of the implementation center provided such functionality as:

  • Planning
    Created by AWS - sales planning for the future period based on historical data of the range from 2 years, the same period last year, safety stock, average daily sales, with calculation of commodity priority on a Monday.
    AWS have been created - to plan production releases, reflect the actual release, control the safety stock of products, shortages, taking into account current orders and the distribution of the planned release by trade priorities.
  • Production
    Resource specifications have been established in such a way as to simplify the introduction of changes that would apply to several types of products at once.
    WSs have been created for operational planning and registration of semi-finished products and products, with the possibility of transferring planned issues, as well as a plan for actual production analysis.
  • Warehouses
    Logistics is organized between remote warehouses in different cities, supply schemes are set up.
    In trading warehouses, an order accounting scheme is used to increase the efficiency of warehouse balance management.
    Storage locations have been split into spaces within the same business unit to facilitate logistics settings and responsibility sharing between MOLs.
  • Procurement
    A "Commodity Calendar" has been developed with a color indication to control the timing of the order and supply of raw materials and components.
    It was automated to send the order to the supplier by email directly from the system document "Order to the supplier."
  • Treasury
    Automated preparation and approval of applications for ET consumption.
    You have started managing your payment calendar.
    Automated plan-factual analysis of DDS.
  • Management accounting
    The system implements complex management accounting, the use of complex methods for allocating expenses.
  • Salary and personnel
    Maintenance of regulated personnel records has been launched.
    The calculation, accrual and payment of salaries are automated.
  • Regulated accounting * Element of the marked list Fully automated in the system of accounting and tax accounting, formation of regulated reporting.
    Multicompany accounting and intercompany have been implemented.

Project milestones

  • August 2023 - the start of the project. Analysis of the current state of NSI and accounting. Survey of current processes and printing plates used at the enterprise.
  • August - October 2023 - work on the development/adaptation of new objects to the business processes of the enterprise, development of a prototype system,
  • November - December 2023 - transfer of initial balances, user training, test operation,
  • January - March 2024 - support of users within the framework of pilot industrial operation,
  • April 2024 - period closure, formation of regulated reporting.

The implementation of the project allowed NORVIN to:

  • Reduce the number of underloads to customers due to more accurate production planning when accepting orders, as well as when planning picking and assembling orders in stock. The turnover of the warehouse of finished products and raw materials was increased. The system of planning deliveries and shipments "on time" is implemented in the required volume.
  • Decide to start the new product before the start of its release based on the use of an automatic mechanism for calculating the instant cost based on the latest documents for the receipt of raw materials and components.
  • Ensure the entry of operational accounting operations by specialists of the relevant departments (procurement managers), with the subsequent automatic formation of regulated accounting documents, which made it possible to free up accounting resources.
  • Increase the control of production specialists over the processes in the enterprise, as well as warehouse balances.
  • Reduce time to obtain operational data on settlements with customers and suppliers.
  • Reduce the time required for closing the reporting period (cost calculation and financial result generation).
  • Obtain the most reliable data on the actual cost of finished products, as well as intermediate semi-finished products at all technological processes.
