2024: Conversion of SAP Human Resources System to Lab JV Support

Lenta has updated the SAP HCM human resources process automation system with the LAB JV solution, which announced this on December 19, 2024.

With the departure of the foreign vendor in 2022, Lenta did not receive standard updates to the SAP HCM system, and the company's IT team implemented all changes related to the law independently. Its goal was to move away from z-developments and ensure the timely implementation of requirements for changing legislation in order to avoid the risks of late submission of reports and fines.

It was important for us to come to a regular unified update of the human resources management system in terms of reporting and calculation algorithms, so we chose the LAB JV solution, - said Olga Kovalenko, head of methodology for calculating Lenta wages. - A pleasant bonus was that during the update it was possible to save the already familiar system interface.

Lenta already uses all the established functionality of the solution, including for the formation of reports on insurance premiums and YeFS-1.
