In such situation the cloud systems will look attractive option, analysts consider. However security issues and data protection will remain a restraining factor.^[1]

But expense reduction should not become the only reason for implementation of new technologies, analysts of Ovum warn. The organizations of public sector should pay attention to possibilities of upgrade of a system for the purpose of increase in efficiency. They need to implement long-term plans of fundamental conversions of methods of rendering public services. Developers of IT products should prepare too for upgrade as many organizations expect from suppliers of detailed consultations on implementation of new technologies.
