"Plus One" provided the key development – the high-performance M2M-platform.

Promotion of this platform on the Russian market will become the most important task of the company in 2012-2013. The One Plus company provides functions of the platform according to the SaaS model. The company carries to users of this service, first of all, telecom operators which with its help will be able significantly to increase quality and attractiveness of M2M-services for big corporate customers, public sectors and also the enterprises providing different VAS services to individuals.

M2M-services are already rather popular in the Russian market, at the same time, its formation actually only begins. Examples of the objects using such services of telecom operators: ATMs, payment and point-of-sale terminals, flow rate sensors of the electric power, hot and cold water, industrial equipment and engineering systems, motor, railway and river transport, security systems, vending machines of any types and many other things.

In all similar cases of the organization owner convenient means are necessary for automatic condition monitoring of SIM cards, the analysis of magazines of work, centralized operation as packets of the connected services. The One Plus M2M-platform is also intended for the solution of these tasks.

This platform represents the hardware and software system which is directly interacting with basic elements of technical infrastructure of the telecom operator including billing. It allows to obtain all necessary information in real time, to carry out its processing and to report to the user results via the convenient Web interface. Now a system gives the chance to trace a status of SIM cards, to remotely include and switch-off them, to manage a service package for individual cards and logical groups (for example, "ATMs in St. Petersburg"), to set limits on the volume of traffic and other accumulative characteristics. It is possible to configure automatic notifications of officials on violation of the set restrictions and other events. Moreover, there are flexible means of the analysis of magazines and the convenient system of assignment of mnemonic names to each card. The system of roles customized by the user is applied to access isolation. Let's especially note that the M2M-platform and a monitoring system are completely compatible to the credit scheme of payment of services of communication, popular with corporate customers.

Already today the M2M-platform completely meets the requirements of the large cellular operator to performance and scaling. In particular, on one contract about 100 thousand SIM cards are supported, and each node of a system is capable to service to 1 million subscribers. The web portal of a system to which it is possible to connect up to 20 regional nodes supports up to 10 thousand simultaneous user sessions, processing per second up to 1000 addresses of users and providing response time no more than 5 seconds.

Let's note that to users of the platform, a set of the application programming interfaces (API) allowing to create modules for status monitoring and data exchange with the application software is available to integrators and independent software developers.

Plans of further development of the One Plus M2M-platform provide inclusion of control functions by voice services and also improvement of the mechanism of management of roles. As a result, on the basis of the One Plus M2M-platform it will be possible to create universal and industry solutions on continuous monitoring and management of all means of mobile communication of the organization.

The One Plus company is founded in 2009. Major shareholders of the company is the group of the private investors interested in development of innovations in the Russian market of telecommunications.

Plus One differs first of all in the innovation approach to questions of mobile communication. Plus One does not invent the bicycle, does not spend time in attempts to catch up and distillate competitors. In the company absolutely new scheme of work which assumes use of technical practices of recognized players of mobile communications market, and their adaptation under needs of specific customer groups is used.

Plus One is the center of creation and development of virtual mobile operators (MVNO). Having begun to work in 2009, the company already managed to create a potential pool of MVNO focused both on both on the mass consumer, and on representatives of a corporate segment.

The company uses the billing platform which allows to service up to 500 thousand active subscribers for each MVNO project at the moment.

At Plus One is own contact center which opportunities allow to perform support of subscribers in any city of a hundred-wound. In St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Ufa, Kazan, N. Novgoroda, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Vladivostok, Yu. Sakhalinsk, Irkutsk operation on construction of communication hubs and work on placement of the equipment is begun.

The central office and technology platform of the company are located in Moscow.

For short term the One Plus command did the work which allowed to sign already a current of 2010 agreements with the main players of the Russian market of communication and allowing to provide to subscribers the complete list of the most demanded services.

By the end of 2010 the company began to use a corporate brand and at the moment actively implements the approved development strategy covering the period from 2011 to 2015 which is directed to entry into the market of broadband mobile Internet access and occupation the place in a top of leaders in the market of the innovation telecommunication projects of Russia, and then an exit and to international markets.

In the closest plans of the company — development of backbone networks of data transmission, provision of services of broadband access in the Internet in all regions of presence, expansion of own billing system to 10 million active subscribers.

Integration Plus One provides use of different channels of promotion of own MVNO projects, the most perspective technologies and intensive development of network and billing infrastructure in the telecommunication market. It is in many respects caused by existence powerful investment resources, the applied technologies and "know-how" allowing the company to achieve in consumer market of necessary profitability even in narrow segments.

The virtual operators created "Plus One" will use the general technical infrastructure: communication hubs, own completely integrated systems of billing, CRM, contact center, the analytical and accounting systems, etc. Besides, are centralized the divisions of the company which are responsible for legal maintenance, marketing, development and optimization of tariff policy, management of finance, investor interaction, work with public institutions and regulators, development and operation of technical base. Now organizational and technical infrastructure is completely created and ready to start of commercial projects; its use considerably reduces costs and risks of start and project management at the federal and international levels.
