Sberbank has implemented its own targeted SmartContactPlatform (SCPL) solution in the work of the enterprise solutions center - a contact center for business. This is a platform for omnichannel communications with clients, which allows you to receive and distribute calls and chats, as well as collect statistics on them. The bank announced this on December 24, 2024.
The business contact center has already completed the migration to SCPL, which is now used to support 3.2 million corporate clients - for them the transition was seamless and invisible. Its own platform allowed the bank to effectively import substitution of foreign software for remote business services.
The platform can be quickly adapted to specific business tasks. Employees have already noted the high speed of work and the convenient interface of the target solution.
