The transition to Russian equipment and software ensures the protection of medical data, compatibility with domestic software solutions, an increase in import independence and digital sovereignty of the region.

We have completed the import substitution of the subsystem of the dispatch ambulance service of the Leningrad Region, including through the commissioning of Russian tablets. Domestic IT equipment and software are now used by all ambulance teams, as well as operators and specialists of NSR stations located on the ground. More than 480 thousand calls have already been accepted in the subsystem in 2024, more than 340 thousand patients have been served, "said Andrei 'Sytnik, chairman of the digital development committee of the Leningrad Region.

Tablets allow employees to interact more effectively with electronic services and make it easier to access the necessary information in real time.

With the help of tablets, the team receives a call from the dispatcher with patient data, including address, phone number, complaints, and on the way to the patient, the paramedic can get acquainted with the person's medical history, information about chronic diseases, allergic reactions. This helps to make the work of operators and teams faster and more coordinated, as well as increase the level of patient service, "said Alexander Zharkov, Chairman of the Health Committee of the Leningrad Region.
