2024: Digital Workspace Presentation

On December 26, 2024, T1 Technologiya presented a digital workspace for employees of Russian companies.

"Digital workplace" is a desktop and mobile application for daily corporate tasks. The product includes two modules: the first organizes the work of company employees, the second - automates interaction with partners. The solution is implemented in the on-premium format, which provides additional security by placing it on client servers.

The mobile version is designed to interact with each other and receive services from the employer. The application includes functionality for booking meeting rooms, viewing the organizational structure of the company, familiarization with corporate discounts and VHI services, creating applications for issuing vacations and sick leave, as well as certificates of various orientations (2-NDFL, extract from the work book, certificate from the place of work). New employees in the application will have access to instructions, office maps, classes as part of the training and onboarding system.

Employees of the company get access to options that correspond to their official duties. For managers, administrative functionality is provided, which includes viewing data on applications from partners and stages of transaction implementation.

The second module automates work with partners and contains information about the company, its products, as well as a personal account in which it is possible to fully work and digitize the results of cooperation, for example, to register leads and transactions that, thanks to integration, fall directly into the CRM system. Also, users can take courses at a partner academy to improve their professional skills.

Digital workplace "will allow company employees and partners to spend less time on routine tasks. Onboarding of counterparties takes up to 5 working days, and registration of leads by partners takes place in just 1 day. We plan to develop the product next year - we will integrate with LMS, the knowledge base, creating a lead exchange and developing analytical reporting, - said Denis Ivanov, owner of the Digital Workplace product of T1 Technologies.
