2025: More than 75 processes automated based on Primo RPA
OMK began automation in 2020 on UiPath, covering the first 16 processes with a high share of manual operations. In 2023, the company switched to the domestic Primo RPA platform, moved existing scenarios and continued to expand their number.
To scale robotization, OMK created a Competence Center of 17 specialists: analysts, architects, developers and support engineers. The team is engaged in a full cycle of robotization - from identifying and analyzing processes to developing, launching and maintaining solutions.
Gradually, RPA embraced new processes in logistics, procurement, personnel resources and other divisions. As of May 2025, the company has automated more than 75 processes: sending vacation notifications, changing work schedules, forming quality certificates and much more. This reduced labor costs by 85 + FTE. The annual economic effect due to other savings is more than 100 million rubles.
