To implement the project OMK , an internal competence center (Central Committee) was created RPA , which took on the tasks of development and support. software robots One of the key tasks was to build a test and productive environment that made it possible to ensure the stable operation of automated processes.

Robots are engaged in 16 business processes, including:

• processing of incoming documents within the framework of electronic document management (EDM);
• preparation and sending of reconciliation reports to counterparties;
• Reconciliation of data in accounting systems
• Posting and clearing bank statements
• Auto-hosting in the SAP system
• Performing invoicing
• Create an inbound delivery of materials
• Uploading data to assess the effectiveness of directions
• processing of tax claims.

The company has built a technical support system and developed documentation that ensure the stable functioning of RPA solutions and their further development.

Robotization significantly reduced the burden on employees, this helped to avoid additional hiring costs during peak periods. One notable example of effectiveness was the translation of email notifications into emails, saving 1.29 full-time equivalent (FTE) per year.

In addition, annual savings of 1.64 EPZ are expected from the robotization of the formation of reconciliation acts in the 1C system.
