At the end of December 2024, the largest transport and logistics holding in Russia, Delo, changed its general director - Alexey Lebedev took it instead of Ekaterina Lyakhova. The latter since November 2023 combined work at Rosatom and the position of the general director of Delo Management Company LLC (the share of the state corporation in the group as of January 2025 is 49%). Lyakhova will continue her activities to develop the strategic business areas of the state corporation, specified in her press service.
They also noted that Alexey Lebedev has significant experience in the system of Russian railways. His candidacy for the post of general director of Delo Management Company LLC (the parent company of the Delo group) was approved at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders at the end of December 2024.
The change of the general director of Delo Management Company was announced a few days after Rosatom, businessman Sergei Shishkarev (founder of the Delo group and its largest beneficiary with a 51 percent stake in the authorized capital) and Transmashholding JSC (TMH) agreed to combine their logistics assets and create a joint company to form a "national leader in the transport and logistics market of Russia" and one of the leading players in the international logistics market, including the operator of new international transport and trade corridors.[1]
