LANIT has completed a project to develop a system for collecting and analyzing departmental reporting of territorial bodies and the central office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia.
Having won an open tender in 2007 to select a contractor for building a departmental reporting system of the FAS Russia, LANIT on the Microsoft platform (Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal) has developed a universal analytical reporting system that allows for the prompt collection, download, transformation and unification of reporting data from all regions in automatic mode; Consolidated retention of collected data with historical support provision of a set of routine (fixed) and analytical reports and collected data; access to routine and analytical reports through the WEB environment.
Market dynamics and changes in federal legislation required appropriate changes in reporting forms. In 2009, the FAS Russia faced the issue of finalizing the current system, and already in August 2010 LANIT, as the winner of the tender, was entrusted with the work to solve this problem.
LANIT specialists, according to the conditions set before them by the customer, were able to prepare and implement their proposals for the revision and modification of the current system in a fairly short time.
During the project implementation, based on the customer's regulatory documentation, a number of existing reporting forms and tables were amended, as well as new layouts of reporting forms and analytical reports were created. By standardizing the processes of changing existing and creating new forms, this work did not require radical changes to the developed system or its reprogramming.
The system includes layouts of departmental reporting forms and types of analytical reports developed by the customer and meeting the requirements of modern legislation and the market.
