2024: Implementation of 1C:CRM

State of processes before implementation: 1C:CRM lack of automation of the client path (from zero client to conclusion of an agreement and the first issuance of funds), accounting, sales automation in tasks related to the launch of transactions, a single window of interaction with clients and counterparties of the Company, low speed of uploading reports and analytical data.

Implementation objectives:

  • Automation of the client path in the Company
  • Accounting of the Company's counterparties in a single information space
  • Automation of analytical reports on employees in order to improve the quality of the KP division
  • Automation of analytical functions for counterparties, products, segments, etc.

Within the framework of the project, AKAM employees carried out the following works:

  • conducted interviews with key users of the company to clarify and formalize business requirements;
  • a project implementation plan has been developed, the MVP product boundaries and key project deliverables (milestones) have been defined;
  • rework: 1CCRM
  • before the MVP was put into pilot operation, user training was carried out, instructions were developed for users and system administrators, the base was first set up, user rights were set up.

As a result, we managed to transfer the work of users to 1C:CRM:

  • work with the customer base: update and replenish it;
  • Manage customer relationships, schedule and coordinate appointments, and record results
  • coordinate loan applications from customers depending on the type of factoring;
  • manage internal processes of work to prepare conclusions about the parties to the transaction by various services;
  • Manage FC and SD meeting processes
  • Collect employee data.
