2024: Implementation of 1C:CRM. Module for ERP and AC

Introduction

In 2021, the company introduced the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management accounting system. The customization of the CRM unit included in the 1C:ERP (transactions, tasks, phone calls) for business tasks was carried out by its own IT department. But in 2023, the task appeared to replace the customized CRM block with a professional CRM system.

Objectives/Objectives

The goals of implementing a professional CRM system are:

  • Organization of managers' work in a single accounting system (without switching between different systems);
  • Systematization and increased transparency of the processes of interaction of sales departments with related departments;
  • Prompt receipt of information on the results of the work of related departments within the framework of the transaction;
  • Fixation of all customer requests in the system, construction of a sales funnel;
  • Speed up the creation of documents based on the transaction and easy access to all related documents on it.
  • At the same time, it was important for IT that the solution fit architecturally and functionally into the IT infrastructure based on 1C products. Also, the new CRM system was supposed to allow the implementation of the transport of calls and letters from Bitrix24 to 1C:CRM.

Works performed

Within the framework of the project, AKAM employees performed the following works:

  • conducted interviews with key users of the company to clarify and formalize business requirements;
  • a project implementation plan has been developed, the MVP product boundaries and key project deliverables (milestones) have been defined;
  • Data has been migrated (linking data and objects from ERP to CRM system objects)
  • modifications and settings "1C:CRM have been performed . Module for 1S:KA and 1C:ERP2 "according to business and IT requirements, including:
  • functionality for working with calls and letters received as a result of the transport of calls and letters from Bitrix; 24
  • status of interactions with adjacent departments by Interest, their display as icons on Kanban with the possibility of filtering;
  • Create all documents required in the sales process from Lead, set up a set of documents to be created depending on the stage of the sales scenario, and a new form for displaying and searching for related Lead documents.
  • integration of the CRM system with two corporate telephone exchanges: 3CX and MegaFon;
  • before the MVP was put into pilot operation, user training was carried out, instructions were developed for system users, the base was first set up, user rights were set up.

Result obtained

As a result, the company received a new CRM system in which the previous CRM was not just copied "as is," but partially optimized. The main results of the implementation project 1C:CRM as follows:

  • The ability to track all customer requests in the system, receive operational information for each transaction, which increased the level of transparency, managers began to record more interactions (calls and meetings);
  • Automation of interaction processes between different departments of the company involved in transactions, which will allow them to be optimized;
  • Integration of the CRM system with two corporate telephone exchanges (one virtual and one internal), which will allow all sales managers to receive and make calls, as well as listen to records of their calls in the CRM system. In this case, calls can be made both using mobile communications (corporate numbers) and using the internal PBX;
  • Typing of the main CRM objects (transfer to standard CRM objects) within the framework of the general 1C accounting system, which makes it possible to use regular 1C:CRM updates and at the same time continue the development of the company's CRM system.
