Directum Lite With, employees "" Kmk-Stroy Ugra execute orders faster and more efficiently. This was Directum announced on January 13, 2024.
Thanks to the electronic document management system, the construction company put the documents in order, saved time, resources and increased the performing discipline to 95%. With the help of EDMS tools, employees were spared from routine work, and the freed "working hands" were directed to more creative business development tasks.
The Directum Lite electronic document management system has combined the documents and processes of four legal entities owned by KMK-Stroy Ugra. Initially, 25 users joined the EDMS, gradually their number increased to 50, 2 system administrators appeared.
First of all, the company automated the most problematic stages: they accelerated the approval of documents several times, reduced the burden on clerks, streamlined and accelerated contractual work with counterparties using the EDM service.

Thanks to the digitalization of product purchases, the company got rid of account confusion. Each financial document is now linked to a specific project. In the project folder, you can see all related contracts, invoices that close documents, certificates, and passports. It takes no more than a minute to find the necessary information.
The procurement process is visible to all participants and responsible - from the purchase request and checking the availability of goods in the warehouse to payment and receipt of closing documents.

As of January 2025, the construction company uses modules and solutions: Contracts, Workflow, Projects, Financial Archive, Integration with Diadoc, mobile applications for employees and managers.
Among the latter, "Meetings" were connected to KMK-Stroy Ugra, thanks to which, following the meetings, protocols with decisions were formed in the company. Data on executors and deadlines are automatically transferred from the protocol to orders, and their execution status is transparently tracked in the system. Until recently, this process was uncontrolled, and the performing discipline did not rise above 60%. Now this figure has grown to 95%.
Another success of digitalization - 70% of documents are signed electronically. The company managed to get rid of unnecessary paper costs, from the risks associated with late signing and approval of documents. All project activities have been translated into figures, including so far mandatory paper documents, which, after approval and signing, are digitized.
