2024: Process Factory Training

Employees of the Business Development Agency and the Ecodreven workshop were trained at the Process Factory. This training platform was created as part of the national project "Labor Productivity." At it, participants study lean production tools and immediately use them in practice when assembling a real device. This was announced by the Business Development Agency of the Kaluga Region on January 20, 2025.

The training is carried out by specialists from the Regional Competence Center (RCC), which is the operator of the national project. The center operates on the basis of the Business Development Agency of the Kaluga Region.

Together with the employees of the Business Development Agency, managers and production workers wanted to get acquainted with the principles of lean production and learn how to improve work using tools such as 5S, production analysis, and the ability to eliminate bottlenecks.

During the training, the team assembled gas gearboxes, built assembly areas, OTK and logistics, and went out as a result of the training for virtual earnings of 203.5 thousand rubles.

Before the training, I had a lot of experience in introducing lean production at the enterprise, it was important for me to show all this to my team. The training in a short time showed examples of losses in the production cycle, methods of influencing them to reduce the cycle and increase the efficiency of the process and provided the team with a single information field on lean production. After that, we formed a plan for the introduction of lean production tools into our work, "said Alexander Abramov, head of the Ecodreven workshop.

We adhered to many rules at the level of ideology, and I am glad that the guys from different departments saw the whole process from the inside, - the co-founder of the workshop Vyacheslav Ledenev shared his impressions.
