Employees create applications and sign personnel documents electronically in their personal account.

The prerequisites for the introduction of personnel electronic document management in the company were the consequences of the pandemic and a significant number of employees who work remotely from different cities of Russia. Of all the products on the market, Smart Development chose the Directum HR Pro system.

As of January 2025, the company's employees - which is up to 250 users - create statements and sign personnel documents in the personal account interface directly from a smartphone or computer. The employer uses an enhanced qualified electronic signature (UEP), employees - an enhanced unqualified signature (UEP), which is issued directly in the system.

To integrate documents and synchronize data by organizational structure, a "Connector to 1C" was used. The solution allows you to transfer documents and reference data from 1S:ZUP to Directum HR Pro and automatically start tasks for familiarization and signing.
