2024: Move to PIX BI

The presidential platform "Russia - Country of Opportunities" in partnership with the Korus Consulting Group of Companies within the framework of import substitution transfers the analytical system of the project Centers of Competence to the Russian solution PIX BI. The tool will work in 236 universities in Russia. This was reported to PIX Robotics on January 22, 2025.

The presidential platform "Russia is a country of opportunities" together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation develops throughout Russia Centers for the assessment and development of competencies on the basis of universities, where students, in addition to basic subject skills, receive an individual plan for the development of their supraprofessional competencies, a digital portfolio and access to vacancies and internships.

For the effective operation of the Competence Centers, a modern analytical platform is needed that provides universities with quick access to the data necessary to participate in the project, and allows them to track student engagement and results. In addition, the platform helps to monitor the implementation of key indicators and analyze the effectiveness of the Centers, contributing to the achievement of high results.

The active development of the project and the growth of data require high performance and flexibility from the analytical platform. Also, since the main users of the system are employees of the Centers of Competence in universities who are not related to the IT sphere, it was fundamentally important for us to ensure the most convenient and seamless transition to this solution. We sought to create conditions under which working with the system would be intuitive and familiar to them, - said Yevgeny Glukhovtsev, head of the information support department of the assessment and methodology department of the ANO "Russia is a country of opportunities."

Project partners - Korus Consulting - analyzed the data sources of the current analytical system, developed a new architecture and proposed a solution to expand the platform's functionality. They also implemented two-factor authentication and user-friendly end-user interfaces. The system allows you to track more than 100 measures and measurements.

It was important for us to gain experience with the platform. Together with the Russia - Country of Opportunities team, we are not only implementing an import substitution project for an analytical platform, but also creating a technological base for making decisions based on a Russian tool, "said Alexey Sobolev, director of key clients at the analytical solutions department of Korus Consulting Group.

The project to introduce PIX BI into the work of the presidential platform has become one of the largest in our practice this year thanks to the well-coordinated joint work of the customer, partner and vendor. During the project, we received valuable comments from the customer on the improvement of the system, which were later included in the product roadmap and have already been released in releases, "said Vladimir Itkin, Senior Sales Director of PIX BI at PIX Robotics.

As of January 2025, 145 Competence Centers based on 236 universities are already operating in Russia and the CIS. More than 900 thousand students participate in the project.
