The key goals of the ANO "Russia is a country of opportunities": creating conditions for increasing social mobility, ensuring personal and professional self-realization of citizens, as well as creating effective social elevators in Russia. The Supervisory Board of the ANO "Russia is a country of opportunities" for September 2019 is headed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

2025: Russian President Vladimir Putin approves the composition of the Supervisory Board

The decree in August 2025 was published on the Internet portal of legal information. Putin himself is the chairman of the supervisory board. The composition included:

• the first deputy head of the presidential administration, Sergei Kiriyenko;
• Deputy Head of Administration Maxim Oreshkin;
• presidential aide Andrei Fursenko;
• Head of Sberbank German Gref;
• Deputy Prime Ministers of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova and Dmitry Chernyshenko;
• Minister of Education Sergey Kravtsov;
• the head of the Ministry of Education and Science Valery Falkov;
• Head of Rosmolodezh Grigory Gurov;
• Director General of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives Svetlana Chupsheva;
• Elena Shmeleva, head of the Talent and Success educational foundation;

2021: Winners of the All-Russian competition "Digital Breakthrough-2021" announced

The final of the third season of the All-Russian competition "Digital Breakthrough - 2021" - the flagship project of the presidential platform "Russia - Country of Opportunities"^[2]" has ^[3]251 teams from all over Russia competed in Innopolis and 14 regional IT hubs, as well as online format. The 36 best teams shared a prize pool of 24 million rubles. 7 grants from partners were also awarded - a total of more than 2 million rubles. Read more here.

2020: Working ways to achieve success in career, business, education and self-realization

"Russia is a country of opportunities"^[4] is a unique platform that gives each person a chance to take the first step towards their goal: to implement a business project or come up with a public initiative, realize their leadership potential and climb the career ladder, get a privilege when entering a university, take an internship or get a job in leading companies in the country. It unites^[5] of 26 projects of various orientations ("Masters of Hospitality," "Leaders of Russia," "Masters of Hospitality," "Digital Breakthrough" and others). We figured out why these contests are held and what the participants in the projects and Olympiads receive.

2019: Taking ownership of the Senezh holiday home

In July 2019, it became known that the Office of the President of the Russian Federation transferred a land plot with cadastral number 50:09:0080105:361 with an area of ​ ​ 516844 sq.m., as well as an object located at Moscow Region, Solnechnogorsk Municipal District, Solnechnogorsk, ul. Pribrezhnaya, p. 2, Senezh Rest House in the ownership of ANO "Russia is a country of opportunities." The rest house itself is also no longer a subordinate organization of the presidential administration.

Thus, the ANO does not just hold its events at the Senezh. It already owns it and manages a good property complex.

2018: Organization Establishment

The autonomous non-profit organization (ANO) "Russia is a country of opportunities" was established by decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin of May 22, 2018.
