19,000 SVFU students will be able to communicate with the dean through a single application center

2025: Univer Online Service Rollout

The North-Eastern Federal University named after M.K. Ammosov (SVFU) has introduced a digital service for quick and convenient interaction between employees, students and the administration of the university. A feature of the project was the integration of the portal with Directum RX. The university announced this on January 23, 2025.

SoftSnow, a Directum business partner, has completed the Univer Online service implementation project. The company developed it specifically for universities in order to establish communication between students and teachers in terms of documentation. The integration of the service with Directum RX made it possible to translate the entire process of working with students' requests into digital format - from applying to issuing the necessary certificate.

Now, with the help of the Application Center module, students can resolve scholarship issues or receive education documents without a visit to the dean's office. And also:

• take an academic leave, recover or be expelled;
• return funds for training and accommodation;
• certify training contracts;
• draw up documents for business trips and internships;
• develop an individual training schedule.

The service can be accessed from a mobile application. Thanks to integration with Directum RX, applications are promptly submitted for processing. Employees quickly perform all activities in the system. This saves time and makes the process of interaction between students and the university administration more convenient and efficient. Now students' requests for documents can be solved without delay, and it is impossible to make a mistake in the details.
