2024: Introduction of the electronic archive "Etla"

LLC StroyGrad has implemented an electronic archive system ETLA developed by the company. Etlas-Soft The system was installed in October 2023 according to the model SaaS and includes a module integration with third-party applications, as well as a module for working with counterparties. In January 2024, the company plans to switch to a more powerful "missile defense" package, which will further optimize the processes of working with documentation.

StroyGrad LLC is engaged in the construction of residential and commercial facilities and actively interacts with many counterparties. Given the large amount of documentation, the need to store and process various types of files, as well as the requirements for data security, the company's management decided to implement an electronic archive system. As a result of the selection of the ETLA system, the company received an effective tool for managing all types of documentation in electronic format.

One of the key requirements for the system was compliance with Russian standards and import substitution. The ETLA system is completely independent of foreign software supplies and does not require binding to external services. This is especially important in the face of increased focus on business security and sustainability.

The ETLA system allows you to work with all types of documentation, open files of almost any format, and also use a legally significant electronic digital signature. A convenient interface and intuitive functions made the system configuration available to StroyGrad employees who were able to independently adapt it to the needs of their company without the need to involve third-party specialists.

One of the important elements of the implementation of the ETLA system was the integration with applications already used in the company. This made it possible to simplify the processes of data transfer and processing between different information systems, which significantly reduced the time for performing various operations.

In addition, ETLA provides the ability to flexibly configure access rights and differentiate user permissions. This is important for ensuring the security of the documentation stored in the system, since only authorized employees can have access to confidential data. In addition, the system allows you to keep track of the existing paper archive, which helps with the transition to fully digital document management.

Special attention was paid to safety issues when implementing the system. All documents, including scans of paper media, are stored in encrypted form, which eliminates the possibility of unauthorized access. The system meets modern data protection requirements and provides reliable protection against external threats such as hacking and information leakage.

As part of the transition to missile defense in January 2024, StroyGrad LLC plans to further optimize document management processes, expanding the functionality of the ETLA system. This will allow the company not only to increase productivity, but also to improve interaction with counterparties, speeding up the process of coordinating documentation and making it more transparent.
