MTS Exolve has expanded the pool of digital services for the SOGAZ insurance group. MTS Exolve announced this on January 28, 2025.

As part of the project, MTS Exolve connected a virtual PBX for convenient and effective management of phone calls both within the company and in communication with customers.

SOGAZ has a large regional network, which as of January 2025 includes more than 1000 divisions and sales offices throughout Russia - from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky to Kaliningrad. To serve them, MTS Exolve has expanded the pool of telephone numbers, including in the 8-800 code, so that customers can quickly and free of charge communicate with the company from anywhere in the country.

SOGAZ with MTS Exolve implemented settings of functions for uninterrupted operation of telephony with georeservation to ensure high availability of the services provided, as well as expanded the pool of telephone numbers. This approach makes the process of obtaining the necessary consultations and services even more convenient, contributing to an overall increase in customer satisfaction.

The functionality of the virtual PBX from MTS Exolve allows not only to configure the logic of incoming calls, distribute them, keep statistics on calls, connect speech analytics, exchange SMS messages, but also use other tools for effective management of omnichannel communications.
