2024: Implementation of "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2"

VC "Razdolye" automated the business processes of "Kalugapribor." The WC announced this on January 28, 2025.

Over the years, the company has used a mixed approach to accounting and tax accounting. Some of the processes were conducted through order logs in Excel, reports were compiled manually, and production and warehouse operations were recorded in several software products. This disparity of software created difficulties in data management, slowed down the formation of reporting and increased the likelihood of errors, which negatively affected the quality of management decisions and the accuracy of information provided to the state.

In 2022, the management of Kalugapribor JSC made a strategic decision to introduce a unified integrated enterprise management system. The goal was to optimize all key business processes and improve operational efficiency. Within the framework of one accounting system, it was necessary to automate the calculation of the cost of production, accounting and tax accounting, as well as take into account compliance with the requirements related to the fulfillment of the state defense order (GOZ).

After a thorough market analysis and a competition among Russian ERP systems, the choice fell on the product "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2."

The project started in February 2023. Specialists "Razdolye" together with the team of JSC "Kalugapribor" began the introduction of the system. Pilot operation began in January 2024, which allowed the company to successfully report for the first half of 2024. The project was completed in August 2024.

A feature of this project was the expansion of its framework to cover not only the financial service, but also all key business units. This allowed to automate about 210 jobs and ensure effective interaction between different departments of the enterprise.

Automation covered several key units: contract management, sales, procurement, treasury operations and the operational budget of the DDS, regulated reporting, cost accounting and reporting on state defense orders, warehouse accounting.

The completion of the project demonstrated that Kalugapribor JSC received a full-fledged enterprise management system based on the 1C: ERP platform. The company's management appreciated the potential of the solution and decided to expand its use to include the automation of the production cycle and the product lifecycle management (PLM) system in the further stages of the project.
