At the end of January 2025, it became known about the construction of a class A business center Rublevo Business Park with a total area of ​ ​ 115 thousand square meters. m in the Myakinino area in Moscow. The volume of investments in the project amounted to ₽5,3 billion. The construction of the facility was financed by Sberbank.

The business center is located 500 meters from the Lipovaya Roshcha metro station under construction of the new Rublevo-Arkhangelsk line. Travel time to Sheremetyevo Airport is 30 minutes. The Rublevo-Arkhangelsk metro line will significantly improve the transport accessibility of the business center. The project is being implemented taking into account modern standards of class A office real estate.

The new business centre, which will start operating in the second quarter of 2025, will house more than 80 offices suitable for different types of businesses, including spaces with private terraces.
