One of the key objectives of the project was that the flagpoles are in an undeveloped, inaccessible area with no cable sewerage. It was necessary to lay a fiber optic network to connect services "from scratch." OBIT specialists offered the most optimal solution in terms of financial investments and network security. The network was laid along the telephone sewer, and horizontally directed drilling was carried out to cross the Primorsky highway.

In the OBIT project, he acted as a consultant on connection to the Regional Automated Centralized Notification System (RASCO), ensuring interaction with city telecom operators and providing support in obtaining the necessary documents for putting the facility into operation. Thus, the company implemented an on-line connection scheme for radio broadcasting and RSCS in the "one window" mode, which allowed the customer to avoid difficult negotiations with several operators who meet the requirements of the GKU GMC.

As a result of the work, a stable data transmission network with a throughput of up to 1 Gbps was provided, designed for the administrative and technical personnel of the facility and the security service. The water sports base at the base of the flagpoles after the completion of construction will also conduct its activities using the established communication system. The company noted that the flagpoles, together with a number of key city facilities located along the coastline of the Gulf of Finland (Lakhta Center, Gazprom-Arena, Flagshtok Skating Rink), will be integrated into a single control system, which will allow controlling light scenarios and telemetry data via the Internet.
