In a case with the International construction bank an origin of problems of the Central Bank called use of extremely risky business model and low-quality a considerable part of assets, caused by crediting of the companies having signs of lack of real business activities. At the same time in activity of bank the unfair actions of its management and owners which were expressed in an output of assets with damage to the interests of creditors and carrying out the "circuit" transactions directed to concealment of actual level of credit risk were traced.
