Rosgosstrakh has updated the version of the EDMS "THESIS"

2024: Transition to THESIS with updated design

IC "Rosgosstrakh" switched to the version of the EDMS THESIS with an updated design. The customer has been working in the system since 2022, the project is constantly developing. Haulmont announced this on February 10, 2025.

ED THESIS at IC Rosgosstrakh was put into operation in 2022 and is used to automate work with incoming and outgoing correspondence, contracts, ORD, powers of attorney and notes. The EDMS THESIS employs 8,000 users from the central office and 65 branches of the company located throughout Russia. At peak times, the load on the system reaches 1,000 simultaneous connections. As a result of the implementation, document management processes were unified, the level of automation increased, the volume of paper documents used decreased, and operating costs decreased.

The successes achieved motivated the customer to further develop the EDMS THESIS. The system implements the processes of issuing, agreeing, registering and revoking machine-readable powers of attorney, has been integrated with the Contour. Trust. System user access and authorization management is optimized. Automated testing was introduced, which allowed to reduce the impact of the human factor and reduce labor costs.

In 2024, a global update of the EDMS THESIS was carried out at the Rosgosstrakh IC. The main change concerns the design of the system. It has become more modern, vibrant and intuitive. A widget panel appeared on the main screen for personalizing the interface and quick access to various system functions: frequently used folders, important documents, compound commands, notes, calendar, etc. The design of the cards has also changed. The buttons have become more visible, the key elements are larger.

To acquaint the employees of the Rosgosstrakh IC with the features of the version, the SED THESIS team prepared a video with their review. The principles and mechanics of the system remained unchanged, so users will not have to leave their comfort zone and make efforts to study the new version. As a result of the update, work in the system will become even more convenient and productive.

IC Rosgosstrakh continues to develop EDMS THESIS. The most interesting and ambitious task for the future is a pilot project for the introduction of an artificial intelligence module. It is also planned to expand the capabilities for managing the MCD, improve the substitution matrix for contracts and optimize the operation of the system as a whole.
