Ability to form MCD for FTS reporting

In Kontur. Confidence can now be formed by the MFD for the reporting of the Federal Tax Service. SKB Kontur announced this on November 8, 2024.

This will allow the business to transfer information to regulatory authorities in one window.

The power of attorney for reporting to the tax office has its own formats - "5.01" and "5.02." Working with them in EGAIS and Honest Sign will not work. Such powers of attorney can only be used for reporting to the tax authority.

In the Kontur. Confidence can be worked with the most current document format 5.02, since the format 5.01 in March 2025 will be released from document management. Such a power of attorney can not only be created, but also signed, enabled and monitored. In addition, it can be sent for registration to the reception complex of the Federal Tax Service.

Ability to reissue MCD

Now in the Contour. Powers of Attorney you can reissue the MFD. SKB Kontur announced this on October 11, 2024. This feature helps users create powers of attorney twice as quickly.

Thanks to this function, users do not need to manually specify permissions and enter the last name, first name, patronymic of an employee, his TIN, SNILS and passport data. They are transferred to the new power of attorney automatically.

Old powers of attorney are reissued in the current unified format 003. To do this, open the MFD, click on the "Reissue" button. A draft power of attorney appears with the data from the original. In it, you need to indicate new validity dates, after - sign and send for registration to the distributed register of the Federal Tax Service. There is an exception - the new function does not work on notarial powers of attorney and MCD with editorial.

Inclusion in the register of Russian software

Contour. Power of Attorney entered the register of Russian software. SKB Kontur announced this on October 30, 2023.

The service will be able to use not only commercial, but also state organizations, as well as corporations with state participation.

State organizations cannot use foreign services - this is provided for by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 16.11.2015 No. 1236. The exception is foreign programs that have no analogues in the Russian Federation. State institutions can work only with domestic software, and the one that is included in the unified register. As of October 2023, it contains 18 thousand programs.

Now state organizations and enterprises with state participation can issue machine-readable powers of attorney for all employees and manage them in one window.

Integration with Directum RX

Directum and SKB Kontur create an integration module that automates business operations with a large number of electronic signatures and machine-readable powers of attorney. The joint solution will make the MCD design and recall processes seamless throughout the life cycle. Directum announced this on September 1, 2023.

In September 2023, Directum RX will have the opportunity to agree on the issue of a power of attorney, form an xml file according to the B2B format and approve it with the signature of the CEO. Thanks to the integration module to the Contour. Power of Attorney, users will be able to:

Ability to check the MCD of counterparties in semi-automatic mode

API Contour. Powers of Attorney learned to check the MCD of counterparties in a semi-automatic mode. This was announced on June 20, 2023 by SKB Kontur.

Now customers of the service can quickly identify whether certain actions are available to the counterparty on behalf of the principal company or not.

API is a set of methods and rules that allows the client to organize work with the MCD in its own information system. The user can not only check the powers of counterparties, but also create any scenarios with powers of attorney: form, edit, monitor their validity period, send to register with the Federal Tax Service and recall as it is convenient for him.

Using the API, the user can configure the information system of his company so that it itself forms the register of the MCD of counterparties, and then automatically checks it with the powers of attorney that come to the company. If the system finds the MFD in the list and the status of the power of attorney in the register of the Federal Tax Service is the same, the client will have to click the "Sign" button. If there is no MCD, the API will download it from the distributed register of the Federal Tax Service in xml-format, and the employee will independently visualize it and check the authority of the counterparty.
