2025: Transition to BPMSoft
Specialists of the Korus Consulting Group helped the Vostokcement group to replace Western CRMMicrosoft Dynamics 365 with the BPMSoft platform. This allowed Vostokcement not only to transfer all the necessary business processes to this system, but also to optimize the work of the sales department and the contact center through additional CRM functions. Corus Consulting announced this on February 12, 2025.
Since 2020, the group of companies has been working in a CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, which it used to interact with customers (contact center, sales, maintenance, etc.). KORUS Consulting specialists helped to implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365, conduct the necessary tests and integrate CRM with other Vostokcement information systems.
During the project, KORUS Consulting experts transferred all existing business processes of the sales department and contact center to the CRM system. In addition, the specialists implemented functions that helped significantly optimize the work: they updated the requirements of business users for the system and optimized the price request process. Sales managers can now automatically generate quotations for standard conditions, as well as start the process of calculating individual delivery conditions.
The CRM system was integrated with Asterisk telephony and DaData service to automatically populate counterparty data.
