2025: Construction of the resort city for 42 billion rubles

In mid-February 2025, it became known that the costs of implementing the project of the resort city "New Sheregesh" in Kuzbass would amount to about 42 billion rubles. We are talking about the creation of an all-season hotel and ski complex.

"New Sheregesh" (sector D) will be located in the Tashtagolsky district in the SEZ "Mountain Shoria." The complex is developing within the framework of the Sheregesh ski resort. The project, among other things, involves the construction of three hotels with a total capacity of 446 rooms - one four-star and two three-star. It is planned to create a cable car with a length of about 500 meters, restaurants with lounge areas, spas and fitness centers.

The complex "New Sheregesh" is designed with an eye on families with children, active youth and business tourists. In particular, infrastructure for youth and family recreation will be formed: a square for concerts and festivals, rental points, service centers, etc. It is planned to carry out engineering supply networks to the resort city, as well as build two highways in conjunction with the highways Kuzedeevo - Mundybash - Tashtagol and Chugunash - STK Sheregesh.

The investors of the project are Rusbild LLC, Туризм.РФ Corporation JSC, Azas Valley LLC (51% owns Rusbild, 49% owns Туризм.РФ Corporation). In the future, it is expected that various types of tourism will develop on the basis of the complex - ski, educational, cultural, business, environmental, medical. "New Sheregesh" will expand the possibilities of the Kemerovo region for all-season reception of tourists: after commissioning, the facility will be able to receive up to 190 thousand guests a year.
