2025: Delivery of ElarSCAN A2-600KS
The National Archive of the Komi Republic has supplied the domestic planetary scanner ElarSCAN A2-600KS to create electronic copies of especially valuable and sought-after documents. Elar announced this on February 19, 2025.

The archive contains more than 5 thousand funds, including more than 19 thousand items of storage of especially valuable documents. Most of the archive funds are documents of the Soviet period on the history of the Komi Republic. Among the documents of the pre-revolutionary period are metric books, revision tales, documents of volost and rural administrations, documents of the city council and government, as well as funds of the oldest industrial enterprises.
ElarScan A2-600KS, equipped with a transformable cradle with a flat and V-shaped mode, will help archive specialists digitize originals with full and incomplete disclosure without breaking cases, and optical zoom will provide quick customization for various original formats up to A2 +.
