Rosseti In February 2025, the power grid holding began replacing the western ERP system SAP with a domestic platform Omni-US in the electricity transmission and distribution accounting system. The company has announced a tender for work with an initial cost of ₽216,2 million.
According to CNews, the current SAP system, used to automate the processes of commercial accounting and distribution of electricity, is recognized as outdated due to limited functionality, non-compliance with modern performance requirements and critical dependence on licenses of foreign developers.
The new Omni-US platform is designed to perform calculations and manage business processes in the power. The system will automate operations for the sale and transportation of energy resources, as well as carry out calculations in a single database for legal entities and individuals for the following services:
- Electricity.
- Warm.
- Water.
- housing services.
- overhaul.
The project is designed for 380 working days and includes the following stages:
- Pre-design survey.
- Design.
- software development.
- Testing.
- Implementation.
The introduction of Omni-US will unify electricity accounting processes in 11 branches of the company, including BelgorodEnergo, Voronezhenergo and other divisions. Applications for participation in the electronic auction are accepted until February 28, 2025, and the winner of the competition will be announced on March 6, 2025.
Rosseti has been systematically abandoning the use of SAP since 2023. In August 2023, the company began the transition from SAP in the production asset management system with a budget of ₽403 million. In February 2024, a two-year redesign of the automated control system of technological connections worth ₽371 million was launched.[1]
