Nizhnevartovskenergoneft automates a MRO

In the Nizhnevartovskenergoneft company entering into TNK-BP the management system for maintenance and repairs will be implemented. A general contractor of the project is the Microtest company, the Spectec company, the developer of the TRIM EAM system based on which the MRO management system will be created will also participate in it. In parallel, Microtest company the management system for reliability of power supply which some modules ("The strategy of repairs" and "The analysis of operation and repairs") will be integrated with TRIM is implemented.

During the project the centralized maintaining the normative reference information on a MRO, formation and database maintenance of subjects to technical operation, planning of actions on the basis of data of a subsystem "The strategy of repairs", planning according to regulations, approval of the plan of a MRO between divisions, registration of unplanned and abnormal works, determination and ensuring resource requirement, job sharing per day, formation of tasks for works, the organization, accounting and work progress analysis and their results, including the analysis of labor costs and an expense of inventory items should be organized. In the TRIM system 73 users will work. Project completion is planned for November, 2006.
