In 1994 graduated from the Moscow technical institute of communication and information science (since 1992 - Moscow Technical University of Informatics and Communications (MTUCI)) in "Multichannel telecommunication".

Career

1990: Tambov telecommunication

From 1990 to 2001 worked as the engineer of telecommunication, the supervising foreman of the digital combined AMTS/automatic telephone exchange, the shop manager of the digital, switching systems and mobile communication of production of MTTS JSC Tambovskaya elektrosvyaz.

2001: Volga region branch Megafon
