Autoteca, an online car history check service (project) Avito received a large-scale update of the report format. Now users will be able not only to find out the history, car but also to receive expert recommendations for further actions created with the help of, algorithms artificial intelligence which are analyzed data based on the methods and experience of professional auto experts. Avito announced this on February 26, 2025. Thanks to the change, it will be easier for buyers to decide whether to go for an inspection right away, use the help of a professional picker or lawyer, or it is better to look for another option.

The introduction of artificial intelligence to analyze the history of a car and provide recommendations for further actions is designed to solve several key difficulties of users - the need to spend a lot of time studying reports on the history of a car and have special knowledge to analyze a large amount of data in them. The update in Autoteki's reports is designed to make the process of choosing a car as convenient and understandable as possible, taking into account the needs of users. At the same time, the structure of the report will remain familiar: data on the number of owners, service history, mileage, insurance payments, legal purity and other important features of the condition and operation of the car are still available in it.

The recommendations are presented in five versions and are visually highlighted by the colors of the "traffic light" - green, yellow and red.

Green recommendation "Urgent for inspection": a car with an excellent history and everything is in order with it as a whole. The report also identifies positive factors: real mileage, service history, legal purity, etc. Such machines quickly find new owners.

Green recommendation "Go for inspection": the car is practically without flaws, but there are details that should be checked with the seller. For example, if the car is not registered with the traffic police or a car with a large mileage.

Yellow recommendation "You can inspect": there are minor drawbacks, for example, a small amount of repair cost calculations, a large mileage, use in leasing, etc. The inspection will help you learn more about the condition of the machine.

Yellow recommendation "It is better to examine with a professional": the car has shortcomings that are better studied with a specialist (professional picker or lawyer), in order to, among other things, better prepare for bargaining. For example, the machine may be in pledge or there is doubt about the accuracy of the specified run.

The red recommendation "Do not take risks": the car has disadvantages, for example, such as restrictions on registration or participation in an accident with damage to the geometry of the body. Such a purchase is associated with high risks. However, the purchase of such a car can be justified if the goal is, for example, to search for a car-donor of spare parts or a professional mechanic buys a car for himself.
