Rostelecom DPC has switched to the domestic ELMA365 CRM + CX platform for the implementation of the B2B and B2G sales funnel. Elma announced this on February 26, 2025.

Rostelecom DPC (RTK-DPC) has set itself the goal of automating the sales processes of data center services and services for the public sector and B2B. Among the main tasks of the implementation, the provider highlighted the unification and organization of customer interaction processes in one system. It was important to ensure communication from the moment of first contact to the fulfillment of all obligations under signed contracts.

First, the process of implementing ELMA365 CRM + CX, a Low-code system for large businesses in terms of B2G sales, was completed. Further, the project was continued: development was required in part B2B. CRM + CX ELMA365 allowed RTK-DPC to implement an end-to-end process of selling complex projects, which includes the supply of equipment and services to DPCs. It combined the stages of interaction with the tender department and project cost calculation specialists through integration with the customer's external MDM system. During the project, preparation for competitive procedures was optimized, the process of managing temporary and financial project limits was improved, as well as tracking the overall pipeline by project initiatives.

During implementation, the CRM + CX ELMA365 team focused on building the Competence Center internally . The provider sent to train its specialists to close the needs of the first and second support lines, as well as to develop the system in the future with Low-code tools. The customer team quickly trained the ELMA365 and immersed themselves in the system, which accelerated the implementation process thanks to joint development, easier testing and fast delivery of the solution to the product.

The project made it possible to automate sales processes: from creating a deal to summing up the tender and launching a project. CRM + CX ELMA365 helped achieve Rostelecom DPC 's goals: to consolidate and streamline customer interaction processes in the system, reduce the percentage of data loss, and systematize customer and transaction information. We worked collaboratively, bringing in DevOps engineers on both sides.
