2020: Organization of the General Data Environment in Tavrida Electric Omsk

Tavrida Electric Omsk is engaged in the production and supply of modern electrical solutions, as well as engineering and design. The specificity of the company lies in the fact that various departments (design, installation) take part in the work, while the reliability of data and the speed of decision-making for the rapid implementation of projects are important. For efficient data exchange, the company selected the Vitro-CAD General Data Environment (ODS).

The tasks to be solved using the system: Vitro-CAD

1. Create a single structure for designers to work together. Version and configuration of access rights.
2. Approval of project documentation.
3. Access documentation for related departments. Checking the validity of QR code documentation.

The following components were provided to the Customer:

• Vitro Pro - user licenses for the basic functionality of Vitro-CAD.
• Vitro Process Manager is a workflow management module.
• Vitro QR-coder is a module for installing and checking the relevance of qr code documentation.

Implementation steps:

• collection of information;
• Customer-side training of the implementation team
• configuration of the system by the customer's specialists with the support of Vitro Software;
• trial operation;
• improvements on processes, basic functionality;
• putting the system into production.
