UEC switched to the Russian knowledge management system

The United Engine Corporation (UEC) completed the transition to the Russian personnel management system, abandoning the foreign solution. This became known in March 2025. Instead of a foreign cloud solution, the company has implemented a system based on the domestic VK People Hub IT platform, which provides automation of employee selection, training and management.

According to Interfax, the new knowledge management system based on the Russian IT solution made it possible to systematize information on engine development and preserve corporate documents for a long period. Vyacheslav Khristolyubov, Director of Digital Transformation at UEC, said that this ensures the rapid inclusion of employees in current processes and increases the effectiveness of joint work to solve the company's current tasks.
