The IVA Technologies web communications platform was put into commercial operation at Russian Railways. IVA Technologies announced this on March 7, 2025.

The results of operation confirm that the IVA R web communications platform provided a reliable and secure web conference system, fully adapted to the large-scale infrastructure of Russian Railways.

The implementation of the platform lasted a year, during which a large-scale integration with the company's equipment and corporate services was carried out. A key feature of the project was the deployment of the IVA R platform as soon as possible in the technological loop. To ensure high fault tolerance, a server infrastructure with an active cluster was created to ensure stable system operation.

After successful testing, Russian Railways received an unlimited perpetual license to use the platform. For 2023-2024, more than 11.5 thousand events were held on the IVA R platform, in which there were about 400 thousand connections for the entire time - the service was in demand among the company's employees. Implementation made it possible to optimize the costs of communication infrastructure and increase the level of security of corporate web conferences and negotiations.

The functionality of the Russian Railways web communication platform based on IVA R software fully meets the requirements of modern business communication. The system supports virtual meeting rooms, scheduling meetings with integration in mail services, video communication with guest links and flexible access settings, document collaboration, interactive whiteboard, file sharing, presentation and desktop demonstrations, personal and group chats, polls and voting. Access is possible through the web interface, mobile and desktop applications. The functions of video and audio recording of events, shorthand and simultaneous translation are also implemented.
