Content

NaviCon Group completed an implementation project of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 system in HELiOS IT SOLUTIONS company.

To the project

For business process automation in the company products of Microsoft corporation were used. Until recently Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project Server were covered by requirements of the company. But with business growth more and more sharply and more relevant there was a sales process automation problem as it is necessary to involve to high-quality implementation of this process quickly the staff of technical divisions and also to perform implementation planning by these divisions.

Selection

The partner in project implementation the company selected NaviCon Group.

For automation of sales process it is implemented by Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.

Results

The customer had an opportunity:

  • maintaining possible transaction with operational involvement of technical divisions;
  • control of timeliness of execution of works at all levels of management by escalation of the arising problems;
  • use the general information space for work with documents and discussions within a preseyl whom only the participants involved in project implementation, thanks to the adjusted integration into Microsoft SharePoint 2010 can use;
  • carrying out shipments only in the presence of the closed deal;
  • obtaining the complex reporting under sales and implementation in different cuts on the basis of the data arriving from Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

The project is implemented in four months. Today a system is brought into commercial operation. Hundred jobs are organized.

"As a result of project implementation we received a system which allows a large number of divisions as selling our services, and technical to work in uniform business process and in the common information space created thanks to integration of the CRM system and Microsoft SharePoint - Dmitry Vilinsky, the director of the center of internal technologies of the customer estimates results of the performed works. - Further development of the CRM system is planned. In particular, the additional direction of "small" sales and also assessment procedure of results of work of participants of a preseyl will be automated. We expect to continue cooperation with NaviCon Group company which specialists showed the high professional grade and an exact adherence to deadlines of execution of works".
