The Samol et Plus Apartment Solutions Service has launched an online flipper platform that assesses the investment potential of apartments using artificial intelligence. The company announced this on March 10, 2025.

Flipping (from English to flip - "flip") is a strategy for investing in real estate for a short time for its subsequent resale after improvement. All stages - buying a property, renovating and selling usually take 3-6 months. The Flipping Plus platform combines all flipping processes - from choosing and buying an object to managing repairs and selling a finished apartment. This is the first such specialized digital service.

About 200 thousand people tried themselves as a flipper in Russia: these are professionals and those who invested in one or two projects. There are fewer active flippers: about 10 thousand people regularly make transactions in this segment.

The platform helps flippers find facilities with high investment potential. Artificial intelligence analyzes tens of thousands of offers in the real estate market, estimates liquidity, predicts the cost of repairs and the sale price. Each object undergoes a double check - first by an algorithm, then by experts. This accelerates decision-making and reduces investment risks. A real estate showcase is available in the service, which includes exclusive lots. Users can lead projects in one place, check the status of repairs, sign documents online. There is also a knowledge base with analytics, successful flipping cases and document templates.

Platform development started in early 2024. During this time, Samolet Plus tested the flipping strategy, both in the secondary and primary markets.

Investors invest in one or more projects, focusing on projected returns and market analytics. The platform offers beginner training and advanced capabilities for advanced users. As of March 2025, the service works in the web version, and later plans to develop a mobile application.
