The complete transition to a domestic solution was completed in April 2024, information about this became known in March 2025. The company noted that the introduction of the new ON one made it possible to increase efficiency Human Resources Management and adapt the system to Russian requirements.
According to CNews, the decision to update the used HR systems and replace the foreign product with a domestic analogue was made by the Cherkizovo group in 2023. After market analysis, the choice fell on the Knomary: Goal Setting system, which turned out to be the closest in functionality and interface to the previously used solution.
The project to implement the new system started in the summer of 2023 and was implemented in five stages. The process began by analyzing current goal-setting processes and defining requirements for the new system. This was followed by customization of the system for the specific needs of the company, integration with existing HR systems and IT infrastructure, training of system administrators through webinars. The final phase involved collecting feedback from users and planning for further improvements.
An important feature of the project was that the system improvements in accordance with the customer's wishes were already carried out in industrial operation mode, which made it possible to quickly adapt the software to real operating conditions.
The new goal-setting management system has been implemented for 4,000 employees of Cherkizovo Group, including managers of various levels and specialists involved in setting and evaluating goals. The software solution made it possible to optimize these processes, increase the transparency and efficiency of personnel management.[1]
